Agreement and Eligibility
These Terms of Use govern Fashion Frame’s websites, mobile applications, AI features, digital wardrobe, virtual try-on tools, and related services (the “Service”). Fashion Frame is operated by FARIS KHALEEL AI in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using the Service, you agree to them and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Do not use the Service if you disagree.
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to accept these Terms, provide accurate information, and be permitted to use the Service under applicable law.
Fashion Frame is not intended for children. Do not upload photographs of minors to AI stylist, wardrobe-analysis, virtual try-on, image-generation, or image-enhancement features. We may suspend or delete an account that does not meet these requirements.
Accounts and Service Rules
You are responsible for keeping your account information current and protecting your password, device, and login credentials. Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for account activity unless it resulted from our failure to use reasonable security measures.
You must not impersonate anyone, create an account without authorization, provide misleading information, sell or transfer an account, share it with unauthorized people, or use automated systems to create accounts.
The Service includes wardrobe, outfit-planning, AI stylist, image-processing, virtual try-on, weather, and related features.
We may change, limit, suspend, or remove features for product, security, legal, provider, technical, maintenance, abuse-prevention, or business reasons. Features may be experimental or unavailable for some devices, accounts, or locations.
AI Features and Virtual Try-On
Fashion Frame uses automated systems to provide styling suggestions, wardrobe analysis, image processing, and virtual try-on. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unrealistic, non-unique, inconsistent, or unsuitable for you. Always evaluate them before relying on them.
We do not guarantee suitability, fit, size, color, physical appearance, body accuracy, or current product details.
Virtual try-on is an artificial visualization, not a body measurement, proof of authenticity, fit or size guarantee, or substitute for physically trying on a garment. Results may alter facial or body details or place garments incorrectly.
AI styling, sizing, and image content is provided for inspiration and convenience. It is not medical, health, safety, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Use your judgment before purchasing, wearing, returning, or recommending anything.
User Content and Generated Content
“User Content” means photographs, wardrobe and outfit information, measurements, profile information, messages, attachments, notes, links, instructions, prompts, and other material you submit.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Fashion Frame a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, resize, crop, enhance, transmit, display, and generate outputs from it.
The licence applies only as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Service, use our service providers, troubleshoot problems, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with law. It ends when the content is deleted, subject to the retention practices in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that you own your User Content or have all required rights and permission from identifiable people shown. Do not submit stolen, infringing, intimate, non-consensual, abusive, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content, photographs of minors to AI features, or malware.
We will not use private photographs in advertising, app-store screenshots, testimonials, or case studies without separate permission.
You may use generated content for lawful personal purposes, subject to law and third-party rights. It may not be unique, copyrightable, exclusively owned, or suitable for commercial use. Do not use it to impersonate, mislead, exploit, or harm anyone.
Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Break the law or violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights
- Upload content without permission or use the Service for harassment, exploitation, abuse, or deception
- Create or distribute unlawful sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content exploiting minors
- Introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or private data
- Bypass authentication, quotas, rate limits, safety measures, or security controls
- Probe, scan, overload, disrupt, scrape, crawl, or systematically extract the Service without permission
- Use unauthorized bots, scripts, or automated agents
- Reverse-engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access
- Use unauthorized extraction to build or train a competing product
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as authentic evidence or help another person violate these Terms
We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable protective action.
Friends and Closet Sharing
Fashion Frame lets you connect with other people as friends. A friendship starts with a request that the other person must accept; either of you can end it at any time, and blocking ends it immediately.
What friends can see
Three settings control this, and all three are on when your account is created: whether other people can find your account by searching, whether your friends can see your closet and the outfits you built from it, and whether your friends can borrow your wardrobe items for virtual try-on. You can change any of them at any time. Borrowing depends on closet visibility — if your closet is hidden, no one can borrow from it regardless of the third setting. Fashion Frame has no public feed; your wardrobe is never visible to anyone you are not connected to.
If you let a friend borrow an item for try-on, the image they generate belongs to their account and remains there if the friendship later ends. Turning a setting off or removing a friend stops further access, but it does not retrieve what was already created, and image links already delivered to that person's device may keep working until they expire. Share a closet only with people you would be comfortable having seen it.
Using someone else's closet
Content you can see because someone made you a friend is theirs, not yours. Do not copy, republish, or redistribute another person's wardrobe photographs, and do not use a borrowed item to create an image you would not be comfortable showing its owner. The same acceptable-use rules and the same reporting and blocking tools apply here as to messages.
Friend Messaging
Fashion Frame lets you exchange direct messages with people you have accepted as friends. Messages may include text, photographs, and wardrobe items, outfits, or try-on results you choose to share.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior in messages. This includes harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, spam, and impersonation.
Reporting and blocking
You can report any message and block any account from inside the app. Blocking removes the friendship, hides the conversation, and prevents that account from messaging you or sending you a friend request. The person is not told that you blocked or reported them.
We review reports and act on them within 24 hours. Action may include removing content, warning the account, or suspending or terminating it. Reported messages are retained as a record of the report even if the sender deletes them.
Message content
Messages are stored on our servers so we can deliver them to you and your friend across devices. They are not end-to-end encrypted. We do not routinely read messages; message content is accessed for moderation when a participant reports it, or where we are required to do so by law.
We apply an automated filter that blocks a limited set of clearly abusive terms at the moment a message is sent. This filter is not a substitute for reporting, and we may update it at any time.
Plans, Purchases, and Billing
Features may be free, subject to usage limits, or offered for a fee. Availability, limits, and purchase options may differ by feature, account, platform, or location.
Before you authorize a purchase, we will show the applicable price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms, together with the included features and important limits.
Web purchases may be processed by Stripe. Mobile purchases are processed by Apple, Google, or the relevant app store and may be administered through RevenueCat. Their payment, cancellation, and refund rules may also apply.
Subscriptions renew only as disclosed at purchase. You may cancel through the available account or app-store controls; cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund a completed period unless the purchase terms or applicable law require it.
We will not charge you without authorization. Prices or plan features may change with notice required by law. Complimentary access has no cash value and may expire or be withdrawn under the conditions stated when it is granted.
Third-Party Services and Links
Fashion Frame relies on providers for AI, storage, authentication, email, weather, notifications, billing, and distribution. Their terms may apply, and services may change, fail, or end.
We may link to retailers or other websites. We do not control their products, prices, availability, shipping, returns, quality, statements, security, or privacy practices. Any transaction with a retailer is between you and that retailer.
Fashion Frame Intellectual Property and Feedback
Fashion Frame and its licensors own the Service, software, interfaces, designs, branding, logos, documentation, databases, and non-user-created content.
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service as intended. You may not copy or redistribute it, sell access, remove ownership notices, misuse our branding, create unauthorized commercial derivatives, or access source code except as expressly permitted.
“Fashion Frame,” “MyFashionFrame,” and related branding must not be used to imply sponsorship or endorsement without written permission.
You permit us to use voluntary feedback without payment. We will not publicly identify you or disclose private User Content without permission. Do not submit confidential information.
Suspension, Termination, and Availability
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
You can delete your account within the app; for instructions, see our account deletion page.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, infringed rights, created legal, security, abuse, or operational risk, failed the age requirement, threatened the Service or users, or if law or continued operation requires it.
We may act immediately for serious abuse or security threats. Where practical and legally permitted, we will notify you and allow you to contact support. Terms concerning ownership, liability, disputes, and unlawful conduct survive termination.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis and may experience errors, failed generations, outages, delays, maintenance, provider failures, or device incompatibility. We may impose limits to protect stability, security, or quality.
Keep copies of important original photographs and information; Fashion Frame should not be your only permanent storage location.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation where legally permitted.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet every expectation, every error will be corrected, AI output will be accurate or realistic, data will never be lost, the Service will always be secure or available, providers will continue operating, or retailer information will be accurate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fashion Frame and its owner, representatives, contractors, and providers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; lost profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or savings; retailer transactions; reliance on AI; differences between try-on results and physical garments; service interruption; provider failure; or unauthorized use caused by your failure to secure your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Fashion Frame during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or AED 500.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Fashion Frame for reasonable losses, claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from User Content submitted without required rights or consent, unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or fraudulent or abusive account activity.
This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Fashion Frame’s unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach of these Terms.
Changes, Governing Law, and General Terms
Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service, providers, security requirements, law, or business changes. Material changes may be announced by email, in-app or website notice, or renewed acceptance where required. If you disagree with updated Terms, stop using the Service and delete your account.
Privacy and disputes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of your relationship with Fashion Frame without reducing mandatory data-protection rights.
Routine website and product analytics described in the Privacy Policy are part of operating and improving the Service. They include measuring product usage, capturing interactions, and recording session replays that may include displayed content and ordinary form inputs, with password fields protected. Meta Pixel is limited to PageView measurement on public marketing pages and is not loaded in the authenticated app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Before formal proceedings, contact [email protected] so both sides can try in good faith to resolve the issue.
Unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer or jurisdictional rights. Either party may seek urgent legal relief where necessary.
Entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and additional terms presented for a feature or purchase form the agreement regarding the Service. If a provision is invalid, the remainder continues. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
You may not transfer these Terms without permission. We may transfer them in a merger, restructuring, financing, acquisition, or sale while preserving mandatory rights.
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably outside our control, including disasters, infrastructure or provider outages, government action, conflict, or widespread cybersecurity incidents.
Notices may be provided electronically. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
